The information as regards the article and batch (lot) number is indicated on the delivery note and the labels of the products delivered.

The batch number mentioned in the delivery note contains additionally the indication as regards the package. Such information starts with the sign # (for example #0.1kg, #1 kg, #5kg, #20kg).

In the below field of the batch number please do not enter:

– parts of the packages (please skip everything from character “#”)

– any special characters such as spaces or “-” or “.” or “/”.

De gegevens met betrekking tot het artikel- en batch(lot)nummer staan vermeld op de afleverbon en de labels van de geleverde producten.

Het batchnummer vermeld op de leveringsbon bevat bovendien de aanduiding met betrekking tot de verpakking. Deze informatie begint met het teken # (bijvoorbeeld #0.1kg, #1kg, #5kg, #20kg).

Vul in het onderstaande veld van het batchnummer het volgende NIET in:

– delen van de verpakkingen (sla alles over vanaf het teken #)
– speciale tekens zoals spaties of “-“, “.” of “/”.

Le numéro de lot indiqué sur le bon de livraison contient également l’indication concernant l’emballage. Ces informations commencent par le caractère # (par exemple #0,1kg, #1kg, #5kg, #20kg).

NE PAS saisir les éléments suivants dans le champ du numéro de lot ci-dessous :

– des parties de l’emballage (ignorez tout à partir du signe #)

– des caractères spéciaux tels que des espaces ou “-“, “.” ou “/”.
